Although a fashionista I'm not,
The first EG Fashion Lunch was hot!
In a full house of fashion devotees
There were many cool outfits to please.
Plus a two-course lunch to taste -
Forget about the waist!

Anna Vlach our gracious MC,
Introduced the latest trends, formal and carefree.
Julianne Woods, beautiful models and Swish Boutique
Paraded vibrant outfits both comfy and chic.

Affordable haute couture
For the female figure 'mature',
Plus Helen Heithersay's delicious designer nightwear,
Makeovers, hand massages and jewellery with flair.

Model Frank Sebastyn in pink,
Made us all rethink,
No need to wear grey,
Clothes can be play.

To many a cheer and broad smile,
Jane Mussared's rousing speech questioned 'style'.
- 'More is more and less is a bore!'

But wait, there's more -
Music, a raffle and anecdotes galore,
And a lively Jennifer Tosolini
Wowed us with her unique comedy.

What an inspiring display!
Definitely no 'nanna' dresses that sunny day.
Lots of ideas to look great -
Don't let age dictate.
