COTA SA offers a diverse range of programs and services which aim to support, encourage, connect and empower older South Australians and give them an influential voice, and assist government and community organisations.

Strength for Life

Strength for Life is an affordable way for older South Australians to gain strength and stay fit. Offered at more than 100 locations across South Australia, Strength for Life promotes health and wellbeing for people aged 50+ years.

COTA Visitor volunteers bring conversation, news, new interest, friendship, and a special connection through a shared language, life experience or cultural understanding, for older people who are at risk of social isolation or loneliness.

Violence is never acceptable. Help is available. If you are an older woman, or are concerned for the safety and wellbeing of an older woman, this page includes a list of services and resources to guide you towards the information and support you need.

Getting out and about in the community is very important to COTA SA and we have a variety of ways of doing it. You can find us at local events, invite us to have a stall at your community event or book us to speak to your community group

Ongoing learning

COTA SA is delighted to be partnering with WEA Adult Learning and Skills SA to provide our members with funded additional learning opportunities through WEA’s program of short courses.

Fleurieu Neighbourhood Network

The Fleurieu Neighbourhood Network provides a seniors information service run by and for people living in the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula.
