Being connected and active is important to overall health and wellbeing, through this program we helped older people find and join social activities and groups that appeal to their interests and connect them with new friends.

Public transport can open up a world of possibility for an older person and building the confidence to plan a journey and make the most of public transport can be all it takes to start exploring your local neighbourhood, the city and beyond!

COTA SA is renowned for its engaging and informative Peer Education Programs, where older people teach and learn from one another about a range of ageing issues. We have offered a wide variety of topics over the years.

Moving Right Along sessions provided our community with an opportunity to be better informed about issues facing older drivers and encourage discussion about driving safely, motorised mobility scooter safety, and alternatives to driving.

Postcards from Behind the COVID Curtain is COTA SA's response to the Australian Government directive for all people aged over 70 years to self-isolate during the COIVD-19 pandemic. This video captures the experiences of five older South Australians.

ZestFest was COTA SA's annual festival of modern ageing and boasted a long history, occupying a significant place on the calendar of older South Australians and community organisations for more than 50 years.

A free legal service was previously offered to COTA SA members; this included free advice on general legal matters from a solicitor who can also take instructions for basic Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney and Advanced Care Directives.
