Promote your club, group or association

Here are some ideas to help you promote your club and attract new members:

  • Media - Find an interesting story and contact local media - eg radio, magazines and newspapers (i.e., Weekend Plus, The Senior and Fifty+SA) and online news sites
  • Social media - Use social media to share your news, such as Facebook
  • Word of mouth - Talk about your group to friends, neighbours and family
  • Banners/posters - Use Library, Community Centre and Shopping Centre noticeboards
  • Newsletters - Ask local Councils to include an article in their newsletters
  • Flyers - Print flyers and place them into letterboxes
  • Email - Email your members and supporters.

We can also help our Club Members to promote their group. Let us know how we can support you by completing the form below.
