Introduction to My Aged Care
My Aged Care is an Australian Government subsidised aged care support program. Find out how to register for support through My Aged Care and the assessment process.

Entry Level Care: Commonwealth Home Support Programme
Entry level care, such as help with housework, transportation, meals or to remain socially connected, is subsidised by the Australian Government through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. This short to longer term support offers up to two hours per week of assistance through Entry Level Care.

More Complex Care: Home Care Packages
If you require more frequent or complex care services through the My Aged Care program, you may be eligible for a Home Care Package. Assistance is provided at four different levels — basic, low, intermediate and high — with an annual amount allocated to help cover costs associated with your care.

Advance Care Directives
An Advance Care Directive is a legal form to outline your wishes about future health care, living arrangements, personal matters and end of life, and also formally appoint a substitute decision maker. Find out how to create an Advance Care Directive, what to include and how to certify it.
