COTA SA held a Special General Meeting on the 9 October for the purpose of voting to adopt a new COTA SA Constitution.
We extend our gratitude to all members who attended this meeting or nominated a proxy to vote on their behalf. We are pleased to announce that, with the support of our members, our new constitution was formally adopted.
