State Election Leaders Forum on Ageing

Parkview Room, Adelaide Pavilion, corner of South Terrace and Peacock Road, Adelaide South Australia 5000

Join us to hear from the major political parties about what they will do to ensure we all have the opportunity to age well in our communities.

Our 2022 State Election Platform is focussed around seven key priorities including ageing well in country SA, ageism, digital inclusion, housing, health and wellbeing, employment and social inclusion. It represents the rights, interests and futures of more than 633,000 older South Australians.

This event will be held at the Adelaide Pavilion and streamed live online, but places are limited so register now.

We are excited to confirm the attendance of the following leaders at our event:

Hon Stephen Wade MLC – Minister for Health and Wellbeing, SA Liberal Party
Mr Peter Malinauskas MP – Leader of the Opposition, SA Labor Party
Hon Robert Simms MLC – SA Greens
Hon Frank Pangallo MLC – SA Best

During the forum, COTA SA Deputy President, Anne Burgess AM will facilitate a panel discussion with the leaders about what their party will do to support older South Australians to age well and to address the priorities and recommendations outlined in COTA SA’s 2022 State Election Platform.
