Does your organisation have a few people who have not yet done COTA SA’s LBGTI+ Diversity and Inclusion Training in Aged Care? If so, they are very welcome to be part of the next Open Session Silver Rainbow Training, hosted in the COTA SA office.

Silver Rainbow Training is suitable for management, Board members, staff and volunteers who have contact with older people using Aged or Home Care services. The training takes 4 hours and aims to help staff better understand the needs of LGBTI+ clients and residents. It is practical and interactive, with lots of time for staff to integrate the learnings and explore how they can make their own practices more inclusive, more LGBTI+ respectful.
