If you are working in aged care providing services and care to LGBTI elders and interested in developing inclusive practice, you're invited to join us for end of year drinks. This will be a chance to network and share your thoughts about how we can connect and network in 2022.

This will be a wonderful chance to network and share your thoughts about how we can connect and network in 2022 to promote inclusive practice.

In the meantime, if you know someone who may be interested in our expanded services, including refreshers, please share.

COTA SA's Silver Rainbow Training & Consulting team use their lived experience and extensive training and development backgrounds to assist agencies to be welcoming to, as well as standards, compliant for LGBTI elders. This is to ensure consistency with standards relevant to the sector, such as the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards and the principles of diversity and inclusion. Download our flyer about our flexible services here.

Contact our Project Officer Jackie Wurm at rainbowhub@cotasa.org.au to discuss your interests and preferences for our services or the Community of Practice.
