Governor's Multicultural Awards Finalist

We're thrilled to share that our Strength for Life (SFL) program is among the finalists for the 2023 Governor’s Multicultural Awards! This is wonderful recognition for our work with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community groups across SA to engage older people in strength and balance training that is tailored to their cultural and linguistic needs.

Pictured is our Cultural Diversity Officer, Clara, who is herself proud to be one of the many CALD participants who have participated in SFL.

For more information about how your culturally diverse community group can get involved, call Clara on 08 8232 0422 or email sfl@cotasa.org.au
