Strength for Life - New Brand Same Program

Strength for Life has been keeping thousands of South Australians in good physical and mental health for 15 years!

In 2004 we launched Living Longer Living Stronger which subsequently became Strength for Life - and the program has proven to be one of our most successful, growing and expanding year on year.

Not only is our first provider Goodlife still going strong, now offering Strength for Life sessions six sites in SA, we've recently welcomed our 100th provider, Helping Hand - Lightsview. Since its commencement the program has been expanded to include sessions delivered by exercise physiologists, physiotherapists as well as fitness instructors and, more recently, Strength for Life Aqua delivering work-outs in the water.

Now we're delighted to present you with the new branding Strength for Life: Live longer, live stronger.

Now and again everyone needs a make over. A new look to re-energise, show the world you're changing with the times, you're modern, forward thinking and open-minded.
