Housing SA 90 Day Private Rental Project

The private rental market provides an essential housing option, yet many South Australians face barriers to entering or maintaining a tenancy. Low-income households face the highest barriers, including at-risk and vulnerable people who may, for example, be escaping domestic violence or have significant health conditions.

A 90 Day Project is currently underway, looking at ways to make private rental assistance in South Australia fairer and more sustainable, and the South Australian government wants to hear your views! They are interested in hearing from private rental tenants, landlords, real estate agents and private rental practitioners.
